Our platform provides a marketplace for buying and selling reservations at sought-after restaurants. Choose your restaurant, date, and time on our website to make an instant booking. A confirmation email will be sent to you from info@citamarketplace.com immediately after your booking is made.

 

Is it possible to cancel a booked reservation?

Reservations can be canceled, but refunds are not provided for any cancellations.

 

What is the procedure for listing a reservation for sale?

To list a reservation for sale, click on “Sell your reservation” on our homepage, input the reservation’s details such as the restaurant name, number of people, timing, pricing, and a link for reservation confirmation. Our team will verify and approve these listings within a 24-hour window, assuming all provided information is accurate and the confirmation link works.

 

What are the charges for selling a reservation through your service?

A 30% commission fee is deducted from the selling price for each reservation sold on Cita Marketplace.

Is there a limit to the number of reservations I can book?

There are no restrictions on the number of reservations you can make through our service.

 

What methods are available for payment, and how are they processed?

We process payments using major credit cards through a secure system managed by Stripe at the point of purchase.

 

What actions are taken if a restaurant fails to honor a reservation?

Should a restaurant be unable to fulfill your reservation, we endeavor to secure an alternative booking for you at a similar establishment or offer a complete refund.

No further confirmation is needed once you book through our service; your reservation is finalized immediately, and a confirmation email is sent to you.

 

Can I book for a large group through your service?

Yes, we can arrange bookings for large groups, subject to the restaurant’s capacity and policy, although we usually list availability for groups of 2 or 4. Advance booking is recommended for large groups to secure availability.

 

What if I want to book a reservation not listed on your site?
